Waxman and Widakovich create together:

Award-winning chef Christof Widakovich and Philipp Wendler present Styrian delicacies with a modern twist. Jonathan Waxman, an American chef and pioneer of Californian cuisine, is considered the first to bring this style—combining French techniques with fresh, local ingredients—to New York. He become famous in 1984 with his restaurant Jams. Today, he runs renowned restaurants such as Barbuto in Manhattan. Waxman has received prestigious awards, including the James Beard Award.
